Service Agreement - Reformer Pilates Instructor Certification

By enrolling in the Reformer Pilates Instructor Certification course (“Course”) offered by Oak Cliff Pilates, LLC (“OCP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Student” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Access & Participation

• Enrollment provides you with access to Course materials, in-studio training sessions, and online resources as described on the checkout page.

• Access to online materials is limited to the enrolled Student and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

• You are responsible for having the required equipment, internet access, and technology to participate.

2. Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required at checkout to secure your enrollment. If using a Payment Plan, all payments must be made on time and in full before certification is awarded. Defaulting on a payment plan may result in removal from the program, at OCP's discretion.

• No refunds will be given once the program begins. If you become unable to complete the in-studio hours you enrolled into, we will credit your payment toward enrollment in a future session within 1 year of your initial start date.

• You agree not to initiate any chargebacks. Any attempted chargebacks may result in the removal from the program at OCP's discretion.

• If OCP cancels or reschedules a Course, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund at OCP’s sole discretion.

3. Certification & Employment Disclaimer

• Successful completion of the Course, all required teaching and observation hours and complete payment are necessary to receive certification from OCP.

• Certification from OCP does not guarantee employment or a teaching position at OCP or any other Pilates studio.

• You are solely responsible for meeting any additional requirements (e.g., liability insurance, continuing education, or licensing) that may apply to teaching Pilates in your region.

4. Intellectual Property

• All Course materials, including videos, written content, and teaching guides, are the intellectual property of OCP.

• Materials are provided for your personal use only in connection with the Course. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without OCP’s written consent.

5. Health & Liability

• By participating in the Course, you confirm you are physically able to take part in physical exercise and training.

• You assume all risks related to your participation. OCP, its trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from your participation in the Course.

• Always consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to act respectfully and professionally toward instructors and fellow participants.

• OCP reserves the right to remove any Student for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Dallas County, Texas.

By completing your enrollment and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement.
