Attendance & Certification Requirements

To receive certification, you must:

  • Virtually attend at least 75% of all scheduled in-studio sessions
  • Complete all required observation and teaching hours
  • Complete the Graded Capstone Teaching Demonstration
  • Remain in good financial standing

Make-up sessions for missed classes are not generally offered. Reach out to us at the email below if you have attendance concerns.

Falling below the 75% attendance threshold may result in ineligibility for certification.

Course Access

  • Digital materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared.

  • Program schedules, instructors, and delivery formats may be adjusted if necessary.

  • If OCPA cancels a cohort prior to its start, you will be offered a refund or transfer to a future cohort.

Payments & Refunds

  • Full refunds are available if requested more than 14 days prior to cohort start date.
  • If requested 14 days or less before the start date, a $750 cancellation fee applies.
    • The $750 may be credited toward a future cohort within 1 year of your original enrollment. It is forfeited if unused in this time.
  • Once the cohort begins, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Enrollment spots are non-transferable.

If you enroll in a payment plan:

  • Payments must remain current to maintain access to in-studio sessions and the Digital Course.
  • Access may be suspended if your account becomes past due.
